Theme of the conference

The main theme of the conference is proposed to be "Aavertanshilta is the basis of tradition" . This idea is based on the mediator philosophy - coexistence (originator Shri A. Nagaraj ji Amarkantak India). In the sense of completeness, the conference is a meeting and completeness here means three perfections: completeness of structure, completeness of action and completeness of conduct.

Completeness of structure: Emergence of consciousness in an inert atom (containing weight bondage and molecular bondage) after development, i.e., being free from displacement of parts in the inert atom, continuity of structure (completeness), consequently being free from weight bondage and molecular bondage and being endowed with hope bondage (endowed with conscious force-power). Such a fully formed atom is called life. This event has taken place on this earth through the method provided by nature. Such a life on our earth (fully formed atom) is the basis of consciousness manifested in living beings and humans.

Functionality: In the course of the journey of the human body, partial power of human life awakens due to the living consciousness. All human beings have the opportunity and means to awaken the full power of life. With the study and practice of coexistence, man awakens the full power of life and starts proving it, manifests satisfaction and prosperity as proof. This achievement is called functional perfection. In this state, human life remains full of knowledge and remains in the process of proving it in all four dimensions and five situations.

Perfection of Conduct: When a human proves his awakening in all the dimensions and situations, then it is called perfection of conduct. In such a human life, one experiences complete life satisfaction. A well-behaved human does all his work with self-discipline in the sense of establishing human tradition (undivided society – universal system) only for its protection. A well-behaved human is called a divine human.

The meeting in the sense of proving this trinity of perfection is the same as the conference. The perfection to be proved in a human being is perfection in action and perfection in conduct. In common language, perfection in action means being fully sensible and perfection in conduct means being fully sensible in living.

All activities in existence are rule-based. Existence is coexistence. There is mutuality in coexistence, in mutuality, cyclicity is rule-based activity. Cyclicality is the nature of coexistence. All the four states are the manifestation of coexistence in a cyclic manner. The material state, life state, living state and knowledge state, all the four arise from the process of sublimation and the possibility is from the tradition method.

There are two parts in human tradition, one is human body tradition and the other is human knowledge tradition. Human body tradition is visible on this earth, but knowledge tradition is not complete yet. In human tradition, it is yet to be established the knowledge of life, the knowledge of philosophy of coexistence and the knowledge of human conduct and to recognize and maintain the cyclicality in all the four dimensions (work, behavior, thoughts, experience) and five situations (individual, family, society, nation, international).

This Jeevan Vidya Sammelan has been organized to know, accept, recognize and live by this cyclicality. In which the following points have been identified so far for contemplation in the conference-

  • Intellectual, social and productive activities towards integrity and sovereignty.
  • Activities to maintain the tradition of balance, seed continuity, heredity and cultural continuity.
  • Experiments related to production-work, justice-security, exchange-fund, education-culture, health-control and participation in the family based village Swaraj system.
  • Experiments being conducted in the direction of civilization, culture, law and order.
  • Literature (poems, songs, music, stories, novels) and alternative journalism or electronic media presenting mediatised philosophy.
  • Efforts being made in science, technology, agriculture and production through co-existence method.
  • Experiments being conducted in Jeevan Vidya Camps, Study Camps and other folk education methods.

The success of the conference lies in respecting, encouraging and complementing each other's experiments and efforts.

Brief Introduction: Farmer Prem Singh

Human Agrarian Centre, Banda

After the 15th National Conference of Jeevan Vidya in 2010, this center was established to keep the memory and resolution of this place where Babaji had discussed the clear format of the global system from his mouth. One of the works in this was that under the guidance of revered Babaji, the "History of Humanity" (History of Farming) was written in a systematic way. Since this work had to be done among the farmers, a pictorial exhibition and museum was made so that even illiterate farmers could understand it easily. The second work was to develop rotational farming based on the universal principles of balance, justice and rotation and in this institute dedicated to its promotion, in the very first year, in the presence of farmers from seven countries, the name of this center was selected as Human Agrarian Center.

The history of humanity at this place was inaugurated in April 2013 by the most revered Baba Ji in the presence of Shri Sadhan Bhaiya, Shri Ram Bhaiya, Atishi Ji, Shri Kamaraj Ji etc. Since then, thousands of farmers from almost all regions of India including 31 countries have come here to see and understand and have resolved to live and since then, camps of Jeevan Vidya are also being organized every year by Shri Ashok Gopala Bhaiya Ji.

Babaji's blessings to village Barokhar Khurd Banda (Human Agrarian Centre)

The most revered Pujya Baba Ji (Shri A. Nagaraj Ji) came to Gramodaya Vishwavidyalaya, Chitrakoot for the first time in February 1992 on the invitation of Shri Nana Ji Deshmukh and the then Vice Chancellor Shri Raj Narayan Kapoor Ji. The purpose of his visit there was to prepare the curriculum of the Education Department and Rural Development Department and to guide Gramodaya Vishwavidyalaya to move in the true direction of Gramodaya. It was there that I met Baba Ji for the first time. It was my (Prem Singh) responsibility to take Baba Ji to Rajola village to show him the village development work being done by Gramodaya. Along with me were Shri Rajesh Sinha Ji and many students.

In 1994, a formal camp was held in Govindpur, Bijnor and thereafter I stayed with Baba Ji continuously in many migrations to Dhampur, Ballia, Bihar, Amethi etc. and later I stayed with Baba Ji and his family in Amarkantak for several months. In this sequence, Baba Ji came for the first time to Barokhar Khurd Banda (Prem Singh's birth place and Karma bhoomi) on 25 March 1995. His arrival was without any prior information but it was very encouraging and joyful for me.

On 1 January 1996, as per the pre-planned schedule, Baba Ji arrived with his most revered Mata Ji. Hundreds of people from the village and nearby areas came to meet him. Baba Ji launched a campaign for family-based village swaraj in the village of Barokhar Khurd. In this campaign, first of all, he organised camps, discussions, efforts for permission and consent among all the elders of the village who were above 60 years of age, for one year continuously. After one year, various camps for youth were organised. In these camps, people from the village as well as from the nearby areas and Banda city also participated. This process continued for two years continuously.

On 1 January 1998, Baba Ji organized the first Anubhav camp with the local people in the presence of all the senior scholars of that time, including late Shri Ramji Bhai, Shri Ran Singh Arya Ji, respected Bagadia Ji, Shri Avdhesh Shrivastav Bhaiya Ji, respected Narendra Mishra Ji, respected Sadhan Bhaiya Ji, respected Sindhu Kaka Ji etc. In which he requested that the Anubhav camp should be held in Barokhar every year.

Family camps started after 1998. In these family camps, along with Baba Ji, respected Ganesh Bagadia Ji, Sadhan Bhaiya Ji and many other scholars of that time actively participated. Family camps were organized in every house of the village and this sequence continued till 2000. In 2010, the 15th National Conference of Rashtriya Jeevan Vidya was organized at this place (Prem Ki Bagiya) in Barokhar Khurd (Banda) with the intervention of Baba Ji, in which about 400 participants from all over the country participated.

Work on rotational farming started in 2011. Rotational farming is an experimental initiative among farmers with a view to freeing them from natural imbalance and debt-increasing farming and the vicious cycle of greed and profit and establishing natural balance and prosperity. Rotational farming based on the philosophy of mediation has gained recognition in the world.

People from seven nations participated in the first rotational farming camp. To understand the philosophical basis of the rotational farming camp, a Jeevan Vidya camp was organized in English for foreign participants, which was addressed by Shri Ashok Gopala ji. Since then, the process of Jeevan Vidya camps has continued. From 2024 onwards, two Jeevan Vidya camps and 15 to 20 rotational farming camps are organized every year.

Babaji came here for the last time in 2013, where he observed the History of Humanity at the Human Agrarian Center located in the garden and formally inaugurated it. During this time Sadhan Bhaiya, Shri Ram Bhaiya, Atishi ji etc. were also present.

Another effect of Baba Ji's arrival in this village was that this village which was earlier full of fights and guns, slowly came out of these problems with the guidance and inspiration of Baba Ji. There has been no fight or quarrel in this village since 1999 and neither does anyone carry guns etc. here. Even today, the faith and trust in Baba Ji remains the same in the village.

This place and village received the blessings of Baba Ji in the form of guidance. Baba Ji came here more than 30 times and made it a holy land. The effect of which is visible even today. In the 2010 conference also, the people of the entire village had actively participated and arranged for accommodation and food etc. In this Jeevan Vidya Sammelan 2025 also, their active participation is still available, this has been possible only due to the grace of Baba Ji.

Some glimpses

Aavartansheel farming

Aavartansheel farming is a method of coexistence farming based on Aavartansheel economics (mediator philosophy). Aavartansheel farming is a form of living a contented life while maintaining natural balance and social balance.

There are three pillars of rotational farming...
1. Balance
2. Justice
3. Aavartansheelta

There are 6 practical steps of Aavartansheel farming...
1. Ponds in proportion to the water used in the field.
2. Cultivate forest gardens in one-third of the field.
3. Develop animal husbandry and pasture in the second-third part of the field and make different types of compost manures.
4. Produce as per the requirement of the family in the third-third part of the field.
5. Process the leftover product.
6. Invest a certain part of your income in helping the people of your society or village who are deprived of education, health, justice, employme.

So far more than 200 camps of rotational farming have been held and people from 31 countries have come to understand it, and about 10000 farmers of the country have benefited from rotational farming. The rotational farming camp is organized every month which is a residential camp of 4 or 5 days.

Evaluation of the Bagiya (Conference Venue):

Thus, this farm not only fulfills the family needs but also fulfils the social and natural obligations and a farmer ensures his participation in the national work.

Presently this camp is organised in the name of Aavartansheel Farming and Farm Designing .
